Global Assistance & Healthcare® has arrangements with over 650 Hospitals and Clinics throughout Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, China and Australia.  If we are the Plan Administrator of your Employee Benefit Program or the Plan Administrator of your Medical Insurance Policy, you may be entitled to access the cash-free services available at our Network Providers.  Check your Member Handbook or Policy Documents if you are not certain, or contact us for confirmation.  Our most current Provider Network Listings are provided below.

  Provider Lists:    "All Providers"     
  Our "All Providers" List includes Healthcare Facilities from around the world and includes any providers that we may have contracted within Indonesia that have Singapore level (or higher!) fees and charges.   All All

  Our "Indonesia Only" Provider Lists do not include any Facility outside of Indonesia and also excludes any Facility within Indonesia that has Singapore level (or higher!) fees and charges. Inpatient Inpatient

  Provider Lists:    "Excess Charge Controlled"    
  Our "Excess Charge Controlled" Provider Lists do not include any Facility outside of Indonesia and also excludes any Facility within Indonesia that has Singapore level (or higher!) fees and charges.  In addition, they also exclude any hospital that is likely to provide cashless services over and above the entitlement of a patient.  If you want to ensure you have no uncovered costs when using a hospital for inpatient services, these are the lists for you!

Different companies provide different benefits to their employees - just as different insurance policies offer different benefits.  For this reason, you may or may not have access to all of the Facilities in the Provider Lists above.  If you are not certain which Provider Network is available to you, please telephone your 24 hour Customer Service Hotline for assistance.  This number is printed on your Membership Card.
