The Survey, essentially a medical audit of a city, town or isolated work site, identifies practical strategies for staying healthy, the most suitable local healthcare facilities for routine or urgent care and develops an action plan for co-ordinating an efficient medical evacuation in the event of a crisis. The final Survey report will include the following in-depth elements:

• Evaluation of Local Medical Resources including Hospitals, Physicians, Aero-medical Resources etc

• Health Risks and Precautions

• Medical Emergency Procedures

Survey Objectives

The Medical Site Survey is tailored to address the specific needs of your organisation, the nature of work performed by your employees and the medical resources found in the area of assignment. Healthcare Medical Personnel will conduct pre-survey planning to design survey objectives that encompass these specific needs.

Survey Staff

The Medical Site Survey is performed by Healthcare Medical Personnel who is familiar with the intended location. The surveyors have vast knowledge of healthcare delivery systems in Indonesia, an understanding of the medical and psychological problems faced by your local/expatriate employees and frequent business travelers, and a familiarity with travel-health medicine and emergency medical systems.

Survey Time Schedule

Depending on the nature of the site to be surveyed, two to four weeks should be allowed for adequate planning and appointment scheduling. The Survey itself typically takes two to five days, but may take longer if the intended area is very large and the Survey Objectives broad in scope.

Survey Cost & Report

Survey Cost is determined by the length of time required on-site to complete the objectives of the survey and the complexity of the survey parameters established. Fee includes daily professional fees of the surveyor(s) and all cost of travel expenses.

The final Survey Report will be delivered two to four weeks following the return of the Survey team.
