This membership program is designed as assurance that Global Assistance & Healthcare is the member’s preferred provider of Medical Assistance. Global Assistance & Healthcare will perform and pay for any medical services rendered up to the membership limits.
All decisions made for services to be rendered are based on the medical needs of the Member. Members and family will be kept well informed of the situation and development with our 24/7 medical service team will team.
There are three varieties of Service Programs to choose from depending on your geographical requirements:
Domestic Service Program
Members of Global Assistance & Healthcare holding the Domestic Service Program and residing within the Domestic Indonesian region are able to access adequate, if not the best medical care possible within the Indonesian region.
Geographical location of proper medical facilities within the Indonesian region is limited to Medan, Bandung, Jakarta, Jogjakarta, Surabaya, Semarang and Makassar. With the Domestic Service Program, Global Assistance & Healthcare will provide access and relocate a member being hospitalized within a medical facility which is not equipped to provide the proper medical services necessary and is the facility is located more than 50 km away from the nearest proper medical facilities,.
International Service Program
When traveling away from home, whether on vacation or for business purposes, uncertain situations are the least that you would want to consider and be concerned about.
With the International Service Program, Global Assistance & Healthcare will provide access and relocate a member traveling 100 km from home or when outside of their home country. Coverage is suitable for both local Indonesian residents traveling abroad and expatriates residing in Indonesia or traveling to Indonesia.
Global Service Program
This program provides members of Global Assistance & Healthcare holding a Global Service Program a cumulative coverage of Domestic and International Service Programs.
With the Global Service Program, Global Assistance & Healthcare will provide medial service access and relocate a member being hospitalized within a medical facility, within the Indonesian region, which is not equipped to provide the proper medical services necessary and the facility is located more than 50 km away from the nearest proper medical facilities. Also, a member holding this membership and traveling 100 km from home or when outside of their home country will have access to medical evacuation services. This coverage is suitable for local Indonesian residents and expatriates.
